All led lights need to check the colour temperature. We want to check the brightness, shade temperature, Color Rendering Index. We need to ensure clients purchase the products like closing orders.
Dehumidification:
All led need dehumidification before SMT.65℃*8hours. This ensure the led dry.
SMT Process:
Hight speed automate machines ensure that all the components used in the manufacturing should be in the right place.
Other Quality Control Processes Include Reflow Soldering, Inspection, Ageing Test and Final Quality Control step in which we make the availability of the best product for our customers.
